We moved back to the Boston area in 2005 and decided to rent until we found our perfect house. The plan was to rent for 6 months a year at the most. Four years and two kids later we have finally bought our dream house but it came with a ton of work. Let the renovations begin!
I say go for it if the price is right. I would have guessed that was Molly - Sadie is getting so big!! Everything looks great!
